Austin Gatus performed in Spring Sing 2018 alongside Ryan Glatt. Shortly after Spring Sing, he released his EP “Motions,” which featured his Spring Sing song "Loose Ends." His latest single, "Countdown," was his first instrumental smooth jazz release, as well as a collaboration with Ryan. Since its release, the single has garnered radio play on Sirius XM Watercolors and KRHQ Coachella Valley, as well as placements on the top smooth jazz streaming playlists. 

In addition to being a singer-songwriter-saxophonist, Austin recently started working as a film and media composer. Last month, he was awarded as the winner of the 2021 Marvin Hamlisch Music Awards in the "Musical Theatre Composition" category presented by Tony Award Winner Idina Menzel.
