TAXI was founded specifically for Spring Sing 2019. Created by Nick Nikoian, it began as a collection of friends playing music together. After winning Best Band and the Bruin Choice Award, the overwhelming support from the UCLA community encouraged Nikoian to pursue music beyond college. This has led to several performances in Westwood and around Los Angeles including The Peppermint Club, a prestigious venue in West Hollywood.

Over the past year, Nikoian has released two singles on Spotify including "Dancing on the Roof," the song which was performed at Spring Sing 2019. Stay on the lookout for the first TAXI EP expected to arrive in late 2021.
