Bruin Harmony is UCLA's only all-male a cappella group. We strive to reinvent various genres of music in order to reach our audience in a deeper way. We can't wait to share our first ever original song with the world and we are so thankful to be a part of this incredible tradition at UCLA.
Deviant Voices was founded by six music lovers in the fall of 2010 and has been growing ever since. Our tight-knit group of members are UCLA students who have always loved to sing and have found their musical outlet and home in a cappella. You can find us sharing our passion for music both on campus and off, performing at concerts and events for the UCLA community. We always try to do things a little bit different, and most importantly, we always have fun.
Dance, which started out as an outside-of-school activity for Devin Mallory, grew to become a passion and his main source of non-verbal expression. Dancing since the age of 10, Devin’s favorite dance styles, hip-hop and contemporary, inform his choreography and movement quality presently.
Dina Dove is a 20-year-old pop rock musician and songwriter from Columbus, Ohio. Often combining the sounds of 90s grunge with catchy pop melodies, she creates music that will make you want to sing and dance along! Call me when you have the time: (614) 769-7217
GOVAN & Kiarah Davis are a musical duo ready to spread a unique vibe and sound. With Kiarah’s free flowing acoustic style and GOVAN’s lyrical poetry, their intention is to inspire and contribute to a new wave in the UCLA community and beyond. They are both very honored to be able to perform in Spring Sing amongst other very talented artists.
Kay Sibal (she/hers), third-year musical theater major, is honored to share her original music for the first time in Spring Sing. Inspired by artists such as Tori Kelly and Daniel Caesar, she hopes to spread joy and healing to the UCLA community with her song. She’d like to thank Josh Concepcion, her incredibly talented genius of a musical producer!

His original, “Sunday Afternoon,” began as an assignment for Professor Pasternak’s Songwriter’s Workshop course last year, and evolved into an acoustic of inspired by his longtime idol, Amy Winehouse. Grateful for this opportunity, Michael cannot wait to share his performance with the Bruin community.

Tieren grew up listening to classic rock and roll, folk, and pop. He’s always looked up to his Grandpa Randy, who bought him his first guitar, and his Grandpa Barry, the lead singer in a local band from home. Tieren has been writing his own songs and singing with his a cappella group Bruin Harmony for the last few years.
For the romantic and deeply disturbed, this is a telling of a beautiful nightmare born from frightening times of the year 2020. Politically, racially, and environmentally loaded, Strangest Dream is a combination of the emotions we’ve collectively felt. We hope it gives peace to its listeners, at least for three minutes long.
Owen Braithwaite is a senior communications major, third-year Company member, and second-place Miss America contestant. (They never publicized the contest, but some say he deserved first place.) His biggest personal accomplishment is growing a mustache before college ended. It took a while, and it’s not that attractive, but he did it.
Jacob Cherry is a third year theater major who makes his mom and dad really proud. Which is good because every day without fail, he disappoints Hanna Barlow to an extent that she says "Jacob Jacob Jacob, look at me. Look at me not laughing. I don't think you could possibly become less funny than you are right now." And yet he still finds a way the next day. Which I think is actually incredible if you think about it. That just means he's surprising and unpredictable soooo yeah. Good job, Jacob.
Bennett is a second-year data theory major who thinks he can pull off a mustache. Despite being a STEM major, all Bennett does is theater and music-while his heart soars, his résumé cries. He hopes you love him and the show because without your love, he turns into a pile of crushed goldfish on your new rug.
Grace is a third-year American literature and cultures major and this is her first year in Company. Not only does she know how to count and whistle, but she also knows all the words to "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas. She'd like to become a brain surgeon one day. Or would she?
Eliza Dillon is a fourth-year theater major and third-year Company member. After graduation, she plans on dedicating 100% of her time to being a Girl Boss.
Scott (he/him) is a third-year theater major with an emphasis in acting and a minor in film! He dreams of one day selling all personal belongings in order to buy a boat and sail the world. He has never sailed a boat before. But a boy can dream.
Sophie is a fourth-year theater major who may or may not have recently graduated but that is for you to decide and for her to conveniently never answer. ;)
Achintya is a third-year theater major who has been called both Dev Patel lite and Hasan Minhaj lite. Whether it is for his talent or dashing good looks is unknown. What we do know is that Achintya hopes to carve his own path, and have talented Indian boys be called Achintya Pandey lite in the future. (All that being said he really doesn't mind being compared to Dev and Hasan. Like really does not mind at all. If anything, he invites the comparisons)

Rachel Stubington is majoring in acting but mostly plans on marrying rich. When she isn't crying or non-ironically recording herself singing Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License" and then deleting it when she realizes it's bad, Rachel can be found trying to parallel park on Midvale.
